A short note is enough to start. Tell us what your estate looks like, which round you need first and roughly when you would like to begin, and the bench lead will reply with the next open slot. Every enquiry is answered within two working days, and if the work does not fit the bench we will say so plainly.

Three questions the bench hears often
A full six-round cycle usually runs across six to eight weeks for a mid-sized estate, depending on how much of the work needs to happen after hours. A single round, such as a blade set desk or a wiring check evening, can often be booked within the same week. The bench lead gives a plain estimate with the first reply, and we will not accept a booking we cannot finish with the crew we have.
Yes. The room keeps a spare chair on the client side of the bench, and motor swap days and wiring check evenings are the most popular rounds to attend. Watching the work is the fastest way for your own team to learn the reasoning, and it makes the handover note easier to read afterwards.
We do. Remote rounds are run from the same bench, with the same run sheets, and clients join through a shared session during the balance runs and swap days. For remote work we ask for a named client contact who can open a rollback decision during a swap window, because an unattended swap is not a swap we will run.
